1. Introduction

Tapzens ("we", "us") operates tapzens.com, a free portal of browser games. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site, where it lives, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us and we will happily explain.

2. What we never collect

• We do not require registration, so we never collect names, emails, passwords or payment details.
• We do not buy or sell personal information, and we do not share data with advertising networks.
• We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or fingerprinting.

3. What stays on your device

Features like Favorites, Continue Playing and interface preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device: we cannot read it, and it is not transmitted to our servers.

4. Cookies & local storage

We set no advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is functional local storage (see above), which you can inspect and delete at any time from your browser settings.

5. Analytics

If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they produce anonymous, aggregated numbers only — such as total page views, approximate region and device type — so we can tell which games are popular and which pages need work. These statistics cannot be traced back to you.

6. How we use information

• Aggregated analytics help us decide which games to add and which features to improve.
• Technical logs (such as error reports) are used only to keep the site running and secure.

Our games are family-friendly and require no personal information to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 — because we do not collect personal information at all.

The site is served over HTTPS, and because we hold essentially no personal data, there is essentially no personal data to breach. Game progress and favorites exist only in your own browser.

10. Retention & your control

Local data stays until you clear it — clearing your browser's site data removes it completely. Aggregated analytics contain no personal identifiers and are retained only as long as they are useful.

11. Your privacy rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not hold personal information about you, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold any information relating to you, or if you wish to exercise any right under the GDPR or CCPA, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

12. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will post the new version on this page with a fresh "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
